Keeping it simple and flexible, I Am Your Witness can be used by a range of people with widely available technology.

For each submission, twitter-like shortcodes will anchor a witness testimony to a zipcode or intersection.

In all instances, a witness can safely remain anonymous unless they decide otherwise.
